FullOpp Announces it’s Partnership with Cirrus Insight!

Ever since I started to use Salesforce, I have seen several tools to integrate e-mails with Salesforce. At the time, Salesforce themselves even tried to integrate with Google Apps with limited success. But little of that mattered when the company I worked for at the time used a Microsoft Outlook Exchange system for e-mail communications.

But then the company switched to Gmail, and a whole new challenge was brought forth. How do I manage to integrate Gmail with Salesforce.com? Well, in researching my options I came across Cirrus Insight on the AppExchange. I tried the 14-day trial and right off the bat it dawned on me: this is single-handedly one of the most seamless, streamlined integrations I have yet to see with Salesforce.com.

However, I found out that the integration was it’s second greatest asset when I had the chance to experience the simple to use, yet extremely effective, user interface. Adding leads to the system is easy, and the bi-directional feed between systems makes it a joy as an administrator hoping to prevent duplicate contacts/leads.

The best (and quite unique) part about this interface is the calendar sync: being able to not only tie together your upcoming events and tasks between your e-mail calendar and Salesforce, Cirrus Insight is also currently the only tool in the market that can tie event records to leads/contacts in Salesforce.com!

There’s many more praises to talk about when it comes to Cirrus Insight, which came to us as a great honor to be able to announce today that FullOpp has joined forces with Cirrus Insight as a partner in the cloud community!
